charmed by the bayside gem
convenient location great views excellent food clean towels
i discovered a great location with sea views (so charming!) and easy access to a taxi boat to the town. the hotel features two pools, and i preferred the quieter atmosphere at the second building. i received a complimentary upgrade to all-inclusivewith a great selection of food and drinks. the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.
The hotel's plastic cup policy requires you exchange a token for each drink. You must return this to get another, which can be slightly inconvenient.

the hotel is situated on the sea front in the bay, offering convenient access to nearby shops and bars. a water taxi service right outside the hotel provides a quick trip to the center. its superb location made exploring the area easy.

rooms were cleaned daily, and that was acceptable.
The dining room was small. Queues for each meal were long. it was tough for my family. the food was not replenished quickly enough. we waited a long time.

friendly staff clean hotel amazing views
The staff was super friendly (especially Miriam!) and accommodating. The hotel kept everything lovely and clean. I found the views amazing from several spots. The breakfast and all-inclusive drinks were a highlight. The snack bar was also great to have.
I noticed some people were allowed to eat snacks by the pool, but others were told it wasn't allowed. This felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. The pool areas also needed more parasols, because there was a definite lack of these. It's important to have enough shade for everyone.

good food helpful staff great location
I appreciated the variety of the all-inclusive food. One day there was Mexican cuisine. Another day Chinese food was available. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially Ray, the animator (he kept things lively!). The hotel has a great location with easy access to beaches and transport.
The pool didn't open until 10 AM. This made it difficult for early risers. People queued and rushed to grab sunbeds when the barrier was opened. It would be better if the pool opened earlier.

fresh bedding polite staff varied selection
The hotel offered rooms cleaned daily with fresh bedding. Staff at both buildings were polite and always ready to assist. The reception staff addressed any queries promptly. I found a varied selection of food at the restaurant including salads, so it worked well for me.
The sunbeds around the pool looked a little old. I believe they need an upgrade.

solid stay in ibiza
convenient location friendly staff
location was convenient with shops nearby. the staff were friendly and efficient. i was upgraded to a sea view room, it also had a balcony. the food had variety, one day it was mexican.
the noise from the street was terrible! the bin men came out every morning early and were loud. the patio doors did not block sound. not enough seats were available. sunbeds were hard to get.
